I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and had a beautiful view of the lake. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, cleaning the room twice a day and leaving fresh fruit as a thoughtful gesture. The hotel's location was also excellent, as it was situated in the center of this bustling city. Additionally, the hotel had all the necessary facilities and amenities, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Staff were genuinely there to help and we were extremely happy with their attitudes. Staff seemed happy to be at work! Our room was very, very good, facilities were excellent and any needs we had were sorted out immediately.
The hotel was fantastic, we ate at both internal restaurants. The main cafe on the second floor was quite good, and we chose to have Sunday brunch at the 26th floor restaurant. That was about average.

Hi there, I stayed in this Hotel the second time. On my day of from work. Mainly to see the West Lake and Hangzhou City. For seeing the city it is perfectly located and you will find your self in the Center just around the corner. To go to the West Lake it is however quite far. So take my advise and go there by taxi....Personnel is friendly, speaks english and are very helpfull with whatever you want! Luxury stay, perfect for a day of relaxing...

The hotel is conveniently located near West Lake, only 2 stops away from Wulin Square station to Longxiangqiao station. It is also close to the airport and has a shuttle bus stop across the street. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a choice of upgrading for a view of West Lake. the breakfast and lunch buffets offer a variety of delicious dishes, including oysters, fish, and desserts. the staff speaks English and provides personal service.
The hotel is located in a construction zone, which can be noisy and inconvenient.

The Hotel is excellent, service is great, the only thing that i will change is this unbelivable expensive breakfast, 150 RMB ($22.50-) they are Way far to justify this outrages price. I have been in hundreds of 5 star hotels in china with 3X selection and the price was a lot less. Also i will change this rule that you need to make reservation a night before to comit for breakfast in order to pay a 100RMB( $15.0-) we are business people who visit for short time, we don't know what we do in the next minute.( i think it is enough that we are Guests. this is our commitment, no need to make it more hard for us.
I dont have any complaints, they where great in everything, i just take my money for breakfast and spend it on a good steak for lunce some place else.

Friendly staff, good rooms with a fair size and a comfortable king size bed. The location is good for shopping, but a 25 min walk to West Lake. We visited to great restaurants on the hotel. The Orientel and the Italian Valentino. Absolutely worth a visit, and probably some of the best restaurants in Hangzhou.
We arrived on sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel and the room. However, we woke up 8.30 by a terrible awfull noice from demolition work going on just outside. It was unbearable to stay in the room, and if we hadn't just stayed there for 2 nights I would have claimed my money back. They just can't give you a room like that and pretend it's OK.

Great breakfast and comfortable beds
The breakfast at this hotel was really good, with plenty of options to choose from. The beds were also very comfortable, so we had a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, close to the main tourist spots.
The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and they seemed to be bothered by our requests. The facilities were also outdated and in need of renovations.

Large room and bed, elevators arrive quickly, clean and tidy, great bathroom. Staff renders prompt service upon request. Nice restaurants in the hotel.
Upon arrival I had to pay a RMB 4,000 deposit which was charged to my credit card. I had not seen that before in any other hotel and did not know this in advance but had to accept it. When checking out, they did not offset the downpayment against the total bill, but instead charged the total bill amount to my credit card and then informed me orally that the RMB 4,000 deposit will soon be refunded to my credit card account. I did not receive any written confirmation thereof. I just trust things will be in good order.....The hotel staff is generally very helpful but english speaking capabilities are fairly limited.
